Are there limits on the amount of investment for Futures Grid Bot?
The investment amount limit can vary, depending on the upper price, lower price, and the number of grids you’ve set. The specific minimum/maximum investment amounts will be displayed in the Investment column based on the parameters you set.
How many Futures Grid Bots can I run simultaneously?
Currently, you can have up to 20 Futures Grid Bots running simultaneously.
Do I need to terminate my Futures Grid Bot if the market price falls outside of my predefined price range?
The open positions held by the Futures Grid Bot will remain open if the market price falls outside the price range set and no new order will be placed by the Grid Bot until the price returns to the predefined range. Users have the option to terminate the bots manually if desired.
Why am I having a loss in my Total P&L while my Grid Profit is positive?
The Grid Profit represents the sum of profits generated by each completed Buy and Sell Order pair within the trading strategy. However, Total P&L includes both realized profits and unrealized P&L. You might see a negative total P&L if the open positions in the bot are currently incurring losses that the realized grid profits are not enough to offset.
How do I receive my profits and investment amount after I terminate my bot?
When your grid bot is running, any profit will stay within the bot. Once the bot is terminated, both your investment amount and profits will be automatically transferred to your Funding Account.
Can I add more margin to my Futures Grid Bot?
Yes, you can go to the Details page and click on Adjust Margin to add additional margin. The added margin will be used as the available balance to maintain your position or fee deduction, and it won't affect any bot parameters.
What margin mode and trading mode is the Futures Grid Bot holding the trading positions in?
A Futures Grid Bot holds trading positions using cross-margin mode and executes a grid trading strategy in one-way mode.
