BloFin offers you the option to opt-in to the Launchpad program (the “Services”). You understand that your use of the Services signals your agreement to adhere to all application terms and conditions of the this Risk Disclosure, Terms of Use, the Launchpad Terms between you and BloFin (together the “Terms”). You agree that the Terms which you agree to be bound, are subject to amendment, modification and restatement by BloFin at its sole discretion.
- Right to receive token allocation
You agree that you have no right to receive, and BloFin has no obligation disburse any token allocation to you in connection with the Services unless such allocation is received by BloFin. BloFin cannot guarantee any token allocation amount, or any token allocation at any particular time.
An estimate of the token allocation provided by BloFin is only an estimate and may be subject to change, in any event, in BloFin’s sole discretion.
- The Services
Projects listed in relation to the services are not associated with, affiliated to or controlled by BloFin. You should take notice that many early projects may be subject to various operational, technological and regulatory issues that may amount to significant losses, all of which you shall solely bear.
The Services are provided on an “as is” basis, and BloFin does not warrant to give any financial, legal and/or tax advice. Financial knowledge is required to understand the risks of digital assets investment. When participating in the Services, you should be aware of the potential financial and technical risk of such participation and should actively seek independent professional advice from your financial, legal and tax advisors.
You understand that the digital assets market may fluctuate drastically and understand that any participation in the Services may subject you to high variance and high levels of market volatility. This may mean that the risk of digital assets losing all value is real.
The risk of loss when participating in the trading of digital assets, or the Services are real and immediate and potentially substantial. You should carefully assess your financial situation in deciding in participating in the Services.

Your decision to enter into any transaction, or participate in the Services is your independent decision. - Representations
Applicable laws, rules and interpretation and other similar decisions may affect BloFin’s ability to offer the Service to you. BloFin has sole discretion therefore, to determine if the Services are made available to you.
It is your responsibility to determine what taxes (if any) arise from your transactions with digital assets, including your participation in the Services. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying all taxes arising from your participation in the Services.
BloFin does not make any representations or warranties of any kind regarding what token allocations may be allocated to you under the Services. In consideration of BloFin’s granting the Services to you, you represent, covenant and agree, on behalf of yourself and your heirs, assisns, and any other person claiming by, under or through you, as follows:
- You waive all claims against BloFin for any damages, losses or claims, which arise during or result from your participation in the Services, regardless of whether or not caused in whole or part by the negligence or other fault of any of BloFin. You release and forever discharge BloFin from all claims.
- You agree to indemnify and hold BloFin harmless from all losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including but not limited to professional legal fees and other litigation and/or arbitration and/or dispute resolution costs and expenses) incurred by BloFin as a result of any claims or suits that you (or anyone claiming by, under or through you) may bring against BloFin and its affiliates to recover any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, or expenses which arise during or result from your participation of the Services, regardless of whether or not cause in whole or party by the negligence or other fault of BloFin.
